Welcome to Copper Leaf Cigar Shop. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase tobacco products from Copper Leaf Cigar Shop. Federal law (Tobacco 21) and Pennsylvania state law strictly prohibit the sale of tobacco products to minors. We reserve the right to request a photo of a government-issued ID at any point during an order to verify age. Orders that cannot be age-verified will not be fulfilled.
Orders are placed by texting Copper Leaf directly or submitting the order request form on the website. Order confirmation, pricing, and shipping or pickup arrangements are handled person-to-person.
Payment is made directly to Copper Leaf via Venmo, Zelle, or cash on pickup. We do not process credit card payments through the website. Orders are not considered complete until full payment is received.
Local pickup is available in the Pittsburgh, PA area by arrangement.
Shipping is available throughout the continental United States, except in states and localities where the shipment of cigars is restricted by law. Shipping costs are quoted at the time of order. All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We cannot ship to: AK, HI, ME, MA, UT, VT, or any other jurisdiction where the sale or shipment of cigars to consumers is prohibited. Available shipping destinations may change as state laws evolve.
Due to the nature of tobacco products and federal hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars or accessories that have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right at our discretion — typically through a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Event catering quotes are provided after you submit an event inquiry form or text Copper Leaf directly. Quotes are non-binding until you confirm the booking and submit any required deposit.
A deposit may be required to reserve your event date. Specific deposit amounts, cancellation timelines, and refund eligibility will be outlined in your event booking confirmation. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may forfeit the deposit.
By joining "The Humidor" email list, you consent to receive occasional emails from Copper Leaf about new blends, restocks, and events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
All content on this website — including the Copper Leaf name, logo, brand marks, photography, and written copy — is the property of Copper Leaf Cigar Shop and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our written permission.
The website and all products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's operation or the products we sell, beyond what is required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Copper Leaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or our products.
Tobacco products contain nicotine and are addictive. Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and other serious illnesses. Smoking by pregnant women may result in fetal injury, premature birth, or low birth weight. Copper Leaf strongly discourages tobacco use by anyone under 21 and by anyone who is pregnant, nursing, or has cardiovascular conditions.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
